Raspbian mysql_secure_installation issue
On a clean install ( sudo apt-get install mariadb-server ) on Raspbian bullseye, mysql_secure_installation returns ERROR 1698 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' regardless of input. Tries resetting password via passwd as root with no result.
