There's no direct method on the server however recommend looking at https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-toolkit/LATEST/pt-table-sync.html, the --sync-to-master as an example of a community tool that supports this.
You can also do a direct data dump to the replica if you're careful about changes that are concurrently happening.
