Please run 

SHOW CREATE TABLE osdial_lists;
SHOW CREATE TABLE osdial_list;
CHECK TABLE osdial_lists;
CHECK TABLE osdial_list;

and paste the results.

I was going to try fsck on next reboot, but the local admin restored from noon backup before reboot, so everything was lost. (Happily I dumped the tables I could query but not see, but now the db integrity will require a LOT of work. Arggg ...
