TABLESPACES
[PROBLEM] Why does MariaDB does not support creation of Tablespaces ? Is there any alternative to it ?

MariaDB supports per-table and system tablespaces (see innodb_file_per_table). If you're referring to the CREATE TABLESPACE statement, it does not. If you have a need for this, I suggest adding it as a feature request to JIRA.
