I had to create link: ln -s /usr/lib64/galera-4 /usr/lib64/galera

That's because of an error:

wsrep loader: [ERROR] wsrep_load(): dlopen(): /usr/lib64/galera/libgalera_smm.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

After link creation all went OK. Running Centos 7.6.1810
