There is no message like this in mysql_upgrade_service The messages related to service are - OpenService failed with <err> - QueryServiceConfig failed with <err> - Not a valid MySQL service -Can not downgrade, the service is currently running as version <ver>, my version <ver> -ChangeServiceConfig failed with <err>
