Please restore the parent of 'Data-in-Transit Encryption'

Hello. I got privilege to change parents of documents and categories. Thanks a lot. But... While trying to change the parent of the category I just deleted parent by mistake. After that, I cannot access https://mariadb.com/kb/ko/data-in-transit-encryption/ with error message '403 ERROR: Access denied'. I guess that the category connected to somewhere wrong because I deleted it's parent Could anybody please restore the path of that document? Thank you

I have given it a parent, so it is accessible again.
