Hi ,

I am getting the issue while connecting to Oracle Database using ODBC Connection on MariaDB

ORA-12546:TNS Permission Denied

Also While Connecting External Oracle Database through SQL*PLUS on RHEL8 Server I get the following Error

ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
