If I understand correcltly the question - you can do msiexec /quiet /i mariadb-connector-ODBC-1.0.0-win32.msi and similarly msiexec /quiet /uninstall mariadb-connector-ODBC-1.0.0-win32.msi to uninstall the connector. I am not sure how you can get information on execution results. You can run msiexec without parameters to get help on other options. In particular there are logging options and properties settings.
