MariaDB 10.7.2 Release Notes

MariaDB 10.7 is the current stable series of MariaDB. It is an evolution of MariaDB 10.6 with several entirely new features.
MariaDB 10.7.2 is a Stable (GA) release.

- As per the MariaDB Deprecation Policy, this will be the last release of MariaDB 10.4 for Ubuntu 21.04 Hirsute, CentOS 8, and Fedora 33
