  * Fixed regression on SST tests. We incorrectly used my\_thread\_end(), which sets mysys\_var pointer to NULL, so the next THD::THD will crash. Removed my\_thread\_init()/end() pairs and because Wsrep\_allowlist\_service::allowlist\_cb is not always called from a new thread added a thread to do so.
