Can not connect mariadb

Hello everybody, I've installed MariaDB 10.3.31 on Debian 10 sharing network with machines running Windows 10. On debian 10 were copied exe windows programs. So all executables are accessed from other machines. Also, I've already checked Mariadb can be used from other computers from browsers.and it's ok.

The issue is when programs try to connect mariabd and server response code 1042. Also when I try to access with other client program response same code.

I've already reinstalled and the same issue but the most curious browser from computers connect without problem. ah, the programmer is using account user without password to connect because "just for local network" replied. But the same setup on ubuntu works pretty well! why not in debian? Any idea?
