Fixes for MDEV-12837 & MDEV-15822

Hello,

This "WSREP: BF lock wait long for trx" bug is hitting us massively in setup using a 3-node Galera cluster.

I understand this will be fixed in the next as yet un-released version (10.2.17, 10.3.9) as I don't believe it has been resolved prior to this.

Do we have any expectation of a release date anytime soon, or is there a version that this bug has been resolved in that I missed as we have to restart our cluster at least daily which is not great.

MDEV-12837 and MDEV-15822 both appear to have been fixed and are in the source. For progress on releases and estimated release dates of particular versions, see https://jira.mariadb.org.
