MariaDB MaxScale 2.4 MaxScale Protocols
MariaDB MaxScale uses protocols to specify how it communicates with a given client, server, or back-end.
The following MaxScale Protocols are supported by MariaDB MaxScale 2.4:
Protocol | Description |
|---|---|
CDC | Used with connections to a CDC service |
HTTPD | Used with connections to a web server |
mariadbbackend | Used with connections to MariaDB Enterprise Server |
mariadbclient | Used with connections from a MariaDB Client |
