Overview
Database services can be migrated from AWS to MariaDB SkySQL using the AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) to gain the benefits of MariaDB SkySQL's features:
SkySQL offers multiple workload-optimized services for transactional (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP, DSS, cloud data warehousing) workloads
SkySQL provides multiple support options to help manage your database
Services in SkySQL are built on top of MariaDB database products, providing the enterprise-grade features of MariaDB Enterprise Server, MariaDB Xpand, MariaDB Enterprise ColumnStore, and MariaDB MaxScale in the cloud
