Overview

SkySQL Monitoring collects metrics optimized for MariaDB databases:

• The metrics have server or service context and are visualized by SkySQL Monitoring dashboards

• Automatic collection and ingestion is performed for MariaDB databases on SkySQL

• Agent-based collection and ingestion is performed for MariaDB databases outside SkySQL (via Remote Observability Service)
