Call for Papers – 2019 Annual MariaDB User Conference
The annual MariaDB user conference will be taking place February 25-27, 2019, at New York City’s Conrad Hotel. For the first time, the event will span three days, which means more room for new topics. We want to hear your ideas!
Submitting a proposal is easy. Come up with your presentation title and abstract, then submit it here by October 31, 2018.
Topics and Tracks
Are you an innovator? Have you been in the trenches with MariaDB? If so, we invite you to share your knowledge and experience with the global MariaDB community. You’re just who we’re looking for!
Submit your best ideas involving:
- How you’re using MariaDB in the real world
- Challenges you’ve faced and lessons you’ve learned
- Best practices and expert strategies
And let us know which speaking track you want to contribute to:
Real World: Adopting and embracing MariaDB in the enterprise to solve business challenges and drive innovation
Operations: Gaining operational agility with cloud/container infrastructure, automated provisioning and transparent routing, sharding and failover
Development: Building modern applications with advanced SQL (e.g., temporal queries) and flexible schemas (e.g., hybrid relational/JSON data models)
Analytics: Driving faster time-to-insight with ad-hoc, interactive analytics on near real-time data, and scaling to support 100s of billions of rows
Bonus – Free 3-Day Conference Pass for Speakers
In addition to a presentation in front of MariaDB’s global community, if your speaking proposal is accepted (you’ll be notified by mid-December), you’ll receive a free three-day pass to the show, including access to two deep-dive workshops.
Submit your speaking proposal by October 31, 2018.
We look forward to seeing you in New York February 25-27, 2019!
