Here are steps I went through installing Buildbot Slave on Fedora 13

  • su -
  • Download and set up easy_install
    • Download the egg file that matches your Python version;
    • sh setuptools-0.6c11-py2.6.egg
  • yum install gcc
  • yum install python-devel
  • easy_install buildbot-slave
