Issues with MariaDB ColumnStore 1.0.4
I installed MariaDB ColumnStore 1.0.4 from scratch. It was failed at the step of starting MariaDB Columnstore Database Platform, which should be the last step before creating System Catalog. I have to restart the column store and create system catalog manually. However, it is very difficult to restart the column store. Some UMs or PMs are always in status of FAILED or MAN_OFFLINE even if I restart the process using the command "/usr/local/mariadb/columnstore/bin/columnstore restart". Please help investigate the issue of starting column store. Thank you very much.

Yes, this was a miss in the 1.0.4 release (https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MCOL-404). This will be fixed in our next RC release 1.0.5. Thanks for testing!
