Is there an updated guide perhaps?

I've tried all versions of the plugin with compilation and always receive the error: 2020-12-18 14:59:49 0 [ERROR] mysqld: AWS KMS plugin : KMS Client API 'GenerateDataKeyWithoutPlaintext' failed : MissingAuthenticationTokenException - Missing Authentication Token
