need extra info for ed25519 plugin

Hi, For https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/mariadb-connector-c , mariadb client, I can see ed25519 plugin is there,and in plugins/auth/ref10/sc.h and other files for external functions like 'crypto_sign_ed25519_ref10_sc_reduce' I couldn't find their implementation in client_ed25519.dll which only seems to have 'mysql_client_plugin_declaration' function, . Can anyone help regarding from where we are referencing these function? Thanks
