please let me know how to install mariaDB on Ubuntu 22.04 with tar.gz

Hi. I am Kiwan. I am a begginer of engineering.

I need to install mariaDB 10.6.18 on Ubuntu 22.04 without network connection. I've downloaded tar.gz file(mariadb-10.6.18-linux-systemd-x86_64.tar.gz) on this web-site, but I found dificulties to install.

So, I ask you a couple questions below: 1. Is installing this file(mariadb-10.6.18-linux-systemd-x86_64.tar.gz) right way to install mariaDB without network connection? 2. If so, How I can install It with mariadb-10.6.18-linux-systemd-x86_64.tar.gz in no network connection? please let me know specifically, step by step.

I've asked you several times before. But I am still in difficult to install It without network connection.
