Service Now + MariaDb very slow
Since we upgrade our ServiceNow with Tokyo version, users said it's very slow. We contact the Service Now support which gave us some advices. We upgraded to Vancouver and we still have the same slowness. We don't know where to search and we want to verify if our Database server is ok. What can we do, or measure to know it?
our MariaDb version is 10.3.28

This is a little to general to answer. Enabling the slow query log with a short long_query_time would be a good place to look. Then look/ask about how those queries could be made faster and potentially how those tables could be indexed to help the queries be faster.
