IS_FREE_LOCK(str)
Spiegazione
Verifica se il lock chiamato str è libero e può quindi essere usato (cioè non è bloccato). Restituisce 1 se il lock è libero (nessuno lo sta utilizzando), 0 se è in uso, NULL se avviene un errore (come un argomento non corretto).
