Grants ability to perform superuser operations such as KILL thread, SET GLOBAL, CHANGE MASTER, etc..

Grants ability to perform superuser operations such as KILL thread, SET GLOBAL, CHANGE MASTER TO, etc.
Superuser accounts can:
create one extra connection if max_connections has been reached
Kill other users' connections
init_connect is skipped
Create triggers, views, stored procedures, stored functions with a different definer
