These terms and conditions can be referenced to from product and service contracts made with MariaDB.

Products and Services

MariaDB Subscription Agreement applies to a Customer purchasing MariaDB Products and Services from MariaDB. When the Customer purchases from a MariaDB Partner, this agreement applies to the Customer’s use of MariaDB Products and Services, and constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) (see Section 9.15 of the MariaDB Subscription Agreement).

MariaDB Support Policy defines the types of support provided by MariaDB (including Problem Resolution, Engineering, and Remote DBA services), and details issue severity levels and their associated service level agreements (SLAs). The MariaDB Support Policy replaced the MariaDB Subscription Services Policy.

MariaDB Software License Terms apply to all MariaDB Software unless otherwise stated. They do not alter the license terms of any free and open-source software (FOSS) or software subject to the Business Source License (BSL) (see Section 7 of the MariaDB Software License Terms).
